Clarence has suffered tremendously, to keep one’s composure as he has through so many years of hardship is simply incredible. Earl Mann should remain in jail for the entire 55-year sentence for all the pain he has caused. As for Melinda and Clarence, here is a man who is now betrayed by a wife who cleared him but was no longer in love with him. How Clarence holds on is beyond my comprehension. Melinda should have waited for him as his wife and not just as a friend who cleared him.

Earl Mann watched an innocent man go to jail. My praise to Melinda for clearing her husband Clarence, and the courage it has taken from both of them to find solid proof and mother’s real killer and niece’s rapist. Clarence has suffered greatly and following freedom, I cannot comprehend why after years of work to free Clarence, that he and his wife are today divorced. It also shows you that witnesses such as niece are not viable proof as Clarence went to jail for absolutely nothing. Melinda: Clarence loves you and will forever be thankful for all you have done for him; you too should be together for life.

I have no clue, but justice is all about guilty beyond a doubt because, no one knows and our opinions are just that “opinions”. I saw a story about a lady who spent years in prison for killing her child in a fire. Many years later some detective found new evidence that corroborated her story of never setting the fire and that it was an electrical issue. Now, the state has paid her millions for her years of suffering and she still lost her child

It sucks for many people, including some of my friends who were 18 in school as seniors with under aged girlfriends. Back then, our parents coudn’t give a shit about the age difference of a few years, it was all about who is working and who is partying. I was 15 with a 19 year old boyfriend and my moms issue was that he was not in college and I should be with a college kid. If they had ever called the police on him for all the times I was late, he would be a registered sex offender.
Sadly, 90% of men could have been RSO in school because we all know that a 15 YO girl is compatible with a 18 YO boy, no other reason than society and that has been that way for centuries…. It’s such a shame that kids are made a part of this for the union’s and States financial paranoia

Being a minor is one thing being to ashamed because you know you are a liar. The strange thing about the truth is that it never ever changes. These were not nice young men they were convicted felons!!! Who assaulted officer Bates! Sorry if I think they all deserve jail. If you want justice for Bassim find out why his friends don’t “man up” and tell the truth.
